2021 - During the peak of the pandemic Amy was helping my parents sell their house in Kitchener and find a condo to lease in Milton near family. My dad was going through cancer treatments, parents' lack of mobility and health made the daily house, yard and pool upkeep too much for them. Amy did everything for them, including offering to take my dad to appointments in London, she is caring, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Amy had a conversation with my partner and I, and without a long story, we ended up purchasing a condo in Milton for my parents and an investment for us. March 2021 in the middle of our second lockdown we had to find a new home. After weeks and what felt like millions of offers we started to loose hope about finding a new home for 6 of us. Housing prices at their highest, rental market completely saturated with people looking for homes and insane pricing as well it was hopeless and had me in tears every night. Then we had a referral to contact Amy! She was the best thing to walk into our lives. Amy took away all of our stress and concerns! She met with us at one location which was at least a 1.5 hr drive. She knew what questions to ask and said nope this isn't the house for you. Then we went to a 2nd place and after seeing it she herself could tell it wasn't the right place for us again. Then she found a 3rd place. She offered to go ahead without us and that she could facetime us from there. We ended up meeting her there and this was the perfect house, location and price tag! She really knew how to sell us. She took the time to listen to us and get to know us and found exactly what we were looking for and was able to negotiate on our behalf and found us our perfect home! After meeting Amy for the first time all of our stresses and concerns subsided. March 2020- Our firm is a well established General Contracting company in the Mississauga area. November 2018 - Just purchased my 4th house and of all the agents that I've been with, Amy's service was above anyone. She's patient, knowledgeable, efficient and she update me of everything. I mean everything from lawyers to contractors, utility providers and a lot more. I had a bad impression on real estate agents because of my experience with them but it changes everything after my experience with Amy.
